It is the mission of Church Central to bring people in that are found in three categories:

Those not currently walking in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Those who have never settled in a local church and have not been able to call a church home.

Those who have become disconnected with the local church because of politics, lack of mission, or lack of purpose among the church body.

At Church Central we strive every week to "be the Church" that was started and described early in the book of Acts. In Acts 2 we find our direction, purpose, and goals as a local church body.

At Church Central we do not just sit and wait for people to show up at our doorstep. We believe in evangelism and outreach, both on a church level and a personal level. We have several outreach events every year including the Fall Fest and Easter egg hunts at The River Walk (a local park). We also perform public baptisms in the Oconee River at The River Walk on a regular basis.

We expect every church partner to faithfully attend and participate in outreach events not only for their own personal growth, but also as a way to contribute to the mission of Church Central.

Partnering with Church Central and joining in on local ministry opportunities is the first step in what we call "The Path for Growth".

At Church Central we fully believe in equipping our church family to carry out the work of our local church, and we do that primarily in three ways:

Life Groups: We value the opportunity to gather into smaller groups of people and build community, fulfill outreach opportunities, and study the Bible on a deeper level. Life Groups are also the main arm of care within the church. We look to our Life Groups and their leaders to minister and reach out to those within their group in times of need.

Discipleship: We also call this "Life to Life" and we describe it as "Following Jesus and taking someone with you!" However, this is not an overnight process, it is a BIG commitment. If you so desire you will be paired with a trained disciple of Church Central and you will spend the next year meeting with them weekly while studying the foundations of the faith as well as learning the ministry of Church Central.

LTI (Leadership Training Institute): This is the next step for those desiring to go further. LTI is Church Central's two year Bible Institute where your leadership potential and personal growth are taken to the next level. This is where we look for further leaders, whether they be ministry leaders, Life Group leaders, future church planning partners, and even missionaries.

This is the second part to our "Path for Growth". We believe this is a key part to not only your individual growth, but it is vital to the growth of the church.

At Church Central we firmly believe in training and developing people to go beyond our church walls. We have the desire to see people brought in, built up, and sent out. How do we do that? We do that by prayerfully seeking new groups, leaders, and locations that are in need for a biblical, Christ centered ministry. That may be in the form of a Life Group, a new church plant, or sending and supporting those called to go to the uttermost parts of the earth. It is the goal of Church Central to plant three churches over the next seven years and then to plant a church body outside of the United States.

It is our goal to send people out as a team and help them launch sustainable ministries in their communities.

At Church Central we send out in three ways:

Life Groups

New Church Plants

Training and sending Missionaries abroad to make disciples of all nations.
